All classes are held live via Zoom, which means you can practice from anywhere in the world — from your living room, your bedroom, or wherever you feel most comfortable. Props are encouraged. No prior experience is required. Just show up as you are.
Tuesday
Restorative Yoga
4:30pm – 5:30pm PST · 7:30pm – 8:30pm EST · Online via Zoom
A fully prop-supported practice for deep relaxation and nervous system reset. Bolsters, blankets, and blocks create the conditions for genuine release — no effort, no performance, just the body finding its way back to ease. Ideal for chronic pain, anxiety, stress, and anyone who needs to slow down.

Back Care Basics
9:00am – 10:15am PST · 12:00pm – 1:15pm EST · Online via Zoom
Sequences designed to strengthen, decompress, and restore the spine. Accessible for all levels, including those managing chronic back pain or recovering from injury. Props used throughout. You will leave feeling taller, lighter, and more supported in your body.

Hatha Yoga
9:00am – 10:30am PST · 12:00pm – 1:30pm EST · Online via Zoom
Creative sequencing and intelligent alignment — no two classes are ever the same. Drawing on Iyengar principles, each session moves through dynamic sequences and longer held poses, finishing with a restorative cool-down and guided breathwork. For practitioners of all levels who are ready to go deeper.
New to Zoom classes? After booking, you will receive a confirmation email to pay, and then you choose and book a specific class- The Zoom links are sent 30 minutes prior to class. All you need is a device with a camera, a yoga mat, and whatever props you have available. Bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps are helpful — but you can begin with what you have. Michelle will guide you through everything.
Private & small group sessions
One-to-one sessions are available for those who want personalized attention, are recovering from illness or injury, or are working through a specific condition. Private sessions are tailored entirely to your body, your history, and your goals—and can be the fastest path to real and lasting change.
Small group sessions are also available for couples, friends, or workplace wellness programs.
